In the last year, more female founders have built new businesses than ever before, navigating inflation, and increasingly challenging environments. In 2022, women in the UK created and established more than 150,000 new companies — more than twice as many as had in 2018. Yet all-female-led companies represent less than a quarter of all UK businesses.
