or over half a century, Veuve Clicquot’s Bold Woman Award has stood as a beacon of female entrepreneurial excellence. Now in its 53rd year, the prestigious honor has once again spotlighted a remarkable group of women pushing the boundaries of business, innovation, and social impact.

The 2025 Bold Woman and Bold Future Award finalists represent a new wave of leadership—women whose bold visions have transformed industries, challenged norms, and created tangible change. This year’s shortlist includes leaders from finance, sustainability, technology, and social entrepreneurship, all of whom embody the audacity and business acumen that Madame Clicquot herself championed in the early 19th century.

So, who’s made the cut in 2025?

Meet the 2025 Bold Woman Award Finalists

The Bold Woman Award is reserved for established leaders who have demonstrated both institutional success and personal impact. This year’s powerhouse finalists include:

Wong has built a global empire in the ice cream industry with Little Moons, taking on corporate giants with an audacious, disruptive approach. The brand now spans 36 countries and was honored with the Queen’s Award for Export in 2022.

Hoggett has steered the exchange through turbulent economic conditions while ensuring its status as Europe’s leading venue for equity capital raising.

Aslett has driven the charity’s global revenue from $1 million to $30 million annually, expanding its reach to over 280,000 people across 42 countries in 2023.

Who’s Next? The 2025 Bold Future Award Finalists

The Bold Future Award celebrates the next generation of female founders who are revolutionizing their fields. This year’s lineup features three trailblazers:

Jafferjee is tackling the plastic waste crisis head-on. Her company has developed Vivomer, a sustainable, biodegradable packaging material that mimics plastic but decomposes naturally.

A former Goldman Sachs executive turned entrepreneur, Ofori launched Propelle, the UK’s first female-focused investment platform designed to empower women in wealth-building.

A fintech innovator, Mohanty founded Bloom Money, a company that digitizes community savings clubs to help immigrant communities build financial stability and generational wealth.

The winners of the 2025 awards will follow in the footsteps of some of the UK’s most influential female leaders. Previous honorees include Professor Sarah Gilbert (developer of the Oxford COVID-19 vaccine), Selfridges Group CEO Anne Pitcher, and Tracy Blackwell, CEO of Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC).

Veuve Clicquot’s dedication to celebrating female leadership dates back to its founder, Madame Clicquot, who revolutionized the champagne industry at a time when women could not even hold bank accounts. Her legacy of innovation—including the invention of vintage champagne and the riddling table—continues to inspire generations of female entrepreneurs.

Beyond the awards, Veuve Clicquot continues to champion women through initiatives like the Bold Open Data Base, a global tech tool developed in collaboration with computational scientist Aurélie Jean. This open database allows journalists, researchers, and investors to discover female entrepreneurs across industries, ensuring that women in business receive the visibility they deserve.

Jean-Marc Gallot, President of Veuve Clicquot, summed up the significance of this year’s finalists:

"These groundbreaking leaders redefine business excellence. Their achievements extend beyond financial success to inspire future generations of female entrepreneurs. Whether they are tackling sustainability, financial equity, or leading global organizations, they exemplify the power of bold leadership."

With the winners set to be announced at the end of April, the 2025 Veuve Clicquot Bold Woman and Bold Future Awards continue to highlight and amplify the stories of women who are not only leading but reshaping the business world.
