It is a practice based on the power of the mind and body connection and scientific understanding of the neurology of our mind This is useful for you if: Do you wake up in anxious spiral but have got no idea what to do? If you feel in a deep funk before an important day and whatever you do you just can’t shift it? If you have a job interview and the moment you walk in you immediately start feeling like an imposter?
