hosted by Thestack

About this event

Isn't it time you learned to put your needs and desires first? Join Milk Honey Bees for a nourishing workshop focused on all things self-care. Learn how to nurture H.E.R. (Healing, Empowerment and Resilience) in a safe space, via fun and creative activities.

Speakers

Milk Honey Bees is a project that supports young women on their journey of healing whilst equipping them with social, employment and life skills that enable them to mobilise in their communities. They do this via creating safe space to allow young women and girls to take ownership of H.E.R. (Healing, Empowerment and Resilience) through 1.1 sessions and creative group projects. Milk Honey Bees founder, Ebinehita Iyere, is a dedicated and highly astute youth practitioner. She works with young people who are affected by the youth justice system therapeutically in order for them to heal but also to divert them from crime using relational and creative methods. She also works within systems in order to provide the voice of unheard young people to the forefront and is currently a Partnership reference group member on the London Mayors Violence Reduction Unit.

Agenda

Milk Honey Bees founder, Ebinehita Iyere, will lead us through this creative workshop. Expect to leave inspired and ready to prioritise your needs.
