About Host Poppy Elizabeth Jamie is a British entrepreneur and former television presenter based in London. She is a co-founder of the accessories brand Pop & Suki and the wellbeing and mindfulness app Happy Not perfect. Happy Not Perfect is a brand solely and ‘souly’ dedicated to looking after your mental wellbeing and help you have less stress, better sleep and a calmer mind. Her book, Happy Not Perfect, blends cutting-edge science from the world's leading experts with straight-talking spirituality and the very soul of Poppy's own experiences.
