About this event

There are still more men called David alone than women at the helm of the FTSE 100. Board representation is the first step to change. There are currently 34.3% women on boards in the UK, but that is still not enough and their positions are statistically more fragile than their male counterparts. How do we get women into the boardroom and how do we solidify their position?

Sharmadean Reid is the Founder and CEO of Beautystack and The Stack World. Her mission is to create economic and social empowerment for women through technology and media. Hazel Mulhare is a Partner at Erevena, with experience placing hundreds of executives at high growth companies like Asana, Box, and Carta. Hazel’s superpowers lie within the biggest challenge most founders face: acquiring executive-level talent. Having previously been a Principal at OSI, she also is able to approach these conversations from the lens of a VC. Sarah Drinkwater is an Angel investor and advisor to The Design Museum.

This is the second panel of the 'Big Three' panels at 2:00pm featuring: Sarah Drinkwater, Hazel Mulhare & Sharmadean Reid.
